Production / Project Management: Working at an Experiential
Marketing Agency for nearly a decade, adaptability is one of the best
skills to have. With last minute changes, whether by choice or not,
being able to shift is necessary. When working with Xbox Fan Fest and bringing them into the virtual
event space, we set the tone for adaptability. The types of events
were highly complex with all the Microsoft data security, multiple
integrated elements and fan engagement. This included small
intimate events to our notable large 5000+ Trivia experience, which
won the 2023 Ex Awards for Best Virtual Event (Consumer).

Finance: I shifted into finance to help facilitate the transition into
a new software program (Deltek) to upgrade and streamline our
processes. With my knowledge of the company and my curiosity to
understand programs, my involvement was integral. Adapting to the formate of the system can be difficult for a team, but being able to be the support, guide and teach them through it, is what brings success.
