I solve complex People problems, from finding exceptional talent to fixing the systems, leadership and culture that determine whether people succeed once they're there.
I bring 20+ years of experience across People Strategy, Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development, including eight years at Amazon and senior People leadership roles across global organizations.
Today, I work with founders, executives and People leaders who need experienced support without necessarily needing another full-time executive. I can step into a specific challenge, lead a major project, or operate as a fractional strategic partner.
My work spans the full employee lifecycle, including:
PEOPLE & ORGANIZATIONAL STRATEGY
• People strategy and operating-model design
• Organizational development and workforce planning
• Culture, engagement and employee experience
• Change management and organizational transformation
• Process improvement, automation and AI opportunities
TALENT & PERFORMANCE
• Executive search and hard-to-fill recruitment
• Talent strategy and workforce planning
• Performance management and competency frameworks
• Assessment and selection strategy
• Succession and talent development
LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT
• Leadership development programs
• Manager training and workshops
• Learning & development strategy
• Skills and capability assessments
• Facilitation, coaching and executive advisory
I've worked at considerable scale. At Amazon, I held senior roles across Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement, became an Amazon Bar Raiser and Bar Raiser Mentor, and trained 1,000+ hiring managers globally. Earlier in my career, I delivered hundreds of hires while dramatically reducing time-to-hire, agency spend and early attrition.
As an independent consultant, my work has included organizational and L&D audits, global performance-management redesign, competency and leveling frameworks, leadership development, executive and specialist search, assessment design, employee engagement and change initiatives.
My approach is diagnostic rather than off-the-shelf. I want to understand what's actually causing the problem, challenge assumptions where necessary, use data and evidence to determine what needs to change, and build something practical enough that people will actually use it.
