As a P&G trained brand leader, I led an osteoporosis medication to become the fastest brand to achieve a billion dollars in sales in P&G history, restored top selling razors to share leadership, spearheaded the brand strategy and architecture for J&J's largest acquisition, and shaped J&J's entry into virtual healthcare for elective surgery patients. Health behaviors drive health outcomes. No matter the quality of a medicine, skill of a clinician, or innovation of a technology, outcomes also depend on how people behave. I focus on enabling patients to achieve optimal health by strategically applying the science of behavior change to products or services – usually in partnership with health providers, payors or practitioners. As a healthcare strategist, I have led teams to decrease healthcare disparities in patients of color; reduced the rates of hospital acquired pneumonia in elective surgery patients; and launched digital interventions to improve patient experience and outcomes during elective surgery. Finally, as a servant leader, I embrace my role as a coach, mentor and trainer. I find joy in the success of others and revel in building a culture of learning and excellence.
