The lowest risk first step is the $650 Audit, a full end to end workup with the fix plan scoped and priced, and it credits toward the build.

Past that I price by the piece and quote fixed, so you can probably add up your own job, or at least have a general idea, before you even message me.

Setting something up inside a tool you already have, so a form, a pipeline with all its stages, a follow up sequence with all its messages, the fields on a record: $250 per thing set up, however many parts are inside it. A five stage pipeline is one line, not five.

Getting two systems talking to each other: $400

A dashboard or a report: $600

Something that has to decide, so routing a lead to the right person, working out who counts as at risk, an approval step, an AI step: $700 per rule. If the rule is a setting inside your own tool, it's setup at $250, not this.

Anything that sends a charge, a payout or a refund, or merges or deletes records you already have: $800, once per build, because that has to get tested harder. Syncing invoices into your books is not this line.

Each system past the first two: $300

So, as an example, Shopify orders flowing into QuickBooks with a dashboard on top is $400 for the connection and $600 for the dashboard. $1,000.

Two things that bring the number down. When a part is something I've already built on the tool you use, it prices at about half, and you'll see that on the quote next to the same line. And fixing something that already exists, a broken sync, a follow up that stopped firing, prices as the one or two parts it touches, usually $250.

Bigger jobs are just more pieces. The prices above don't change, only how many of them your job turns out to have, and you'll see the full list before anything starts. If your budget doesn't cover the whole list, I'll split it into a first phase that gets you a result now, at the same rates.
