Hey, I'm Seth, an AI automation engineer and business systems builder. I build AI agents and business process automation in n8n, GoHighLevel, HubSpot and Claude, connected to your CRM so leads get followed up and work moves without manual steps.

Before I started Launch Forte, I spent years as a Senior Software Engineer at Wells Fargo working on systems where downtime, bad data, and weird edge cases actually mattered. That's a lot of how I still think about automation now.

Most of my work falls into a few areas:

CRM automation: GoHighLevel and HubSpot setup, cleanup, lead intake, speed to lead, lead routing, follow-up, appointment booking, pipelines, reactivation, and reporting.

Workflow automation and integrations: n8n, Zapier, Make, API integration, webhooks, two-way sync,

Shopify, Klaviyo, Twilio, Calendly, Airtable, Google Sheets, and custom connections between the tools you already use.

AI automation: AI agents, lead scoring, document processing, research, classification, support workflows, and Claude/OpenAI inside an existing business process.

QuickBooks and Xero automation: invoicing, reconciliation workflows, Stripe/Shopify orders, accounts receivable, reporting, and getting the finance side talking to the rest of the business.

What I think matters with this work is everything around the workflow too.
What happens if something runs twice? If two systems disagree, which one wins?
If an AI agent isn't sure, does it guess or hand it to somebody?
If something fails, does anyone know?

That's the part I spend a lot of time on.

Sometimes the right answer is n8n or AI. Sometimes the software you already own has the feature and just needs to be set up correctly. I care more about fixing the business problem than forcing a particular tool into it.

I do this full time and I don't outsource. The person scoping the system with you is the person building it.
Most builds are fixed price.

For larger or unclear projects, I offer a $650 Systems Audit that maps the process, identifies what I think should change, and gives you the build plan and pricing. If we build it together, the audit credits toward the project.

Every build includes testing, documentation, a video walkthrough, and 30 days of support after go-live. Normal delivery is up to four weeks.
