• AI agents that work inside your existing systems: read the CRM, draft quotes, triage enquiries, reconcile invoices, with audit logs and human approval before anything sends.
• Integrations between the tools you already pay for: HubSpot ↔ Salesforce, CRM → Klaviyo, Xero or MYOB ↔ your app, marketplaces ↔ inventory (FlxPoint, Cin7, BigCommerce).
• Custom Laravel, Node.js or Python back ends and REST/GraphQL APIs when off-the-shelf tools run out.
• Rescue and rebuild of broken n8n, Make and Zapier automations.
• Long-term ownership: monthly retainers for the systems I build.

RECENT RESULTS
• AI marketing SaaS (CTO, 2023–2025): led a ~200,000-line platform — Neo4j + PostgreSQL GraphQL API, Temporal workflows, 12 social and ad-platform integrations (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn), Stripe subscriptions with quota enforcement, generative-AI ad creatives and LLM classification, extraction, sentiment and summarisation services on AWS ECS, 150+ automated tests.
• Childcare group (via a Sydney agency): CRM → Klaviyo bridge replacing a Zapier build. 3,370 families synced at cutover, 15-minute sync, no personal data at rest, 181 automated tests, 7 CloudWatch alarms. Live since August 2026, delivered in 8 weeks.
• Pest-control franchise: ERP with a built-in cloud call centre (Twilio IVR, voicemail, after-hours routing, operator presence), suburb-based technician scheduling, invoicing, SMS campaigns and 12 management reports. 10 years in production, upgraded through to Laravel 12.
• Security services company: CRM/ERP for guard rosters, patrols, alarm response and key management, with Xero invoicing, Deputy rostering and TrackTik integrations and automated nightly contract billing. 6 years as sole developer.
• E-commerce retailer: integration middleware connecting BigCommerce, FlxPoint, Cin7, Prisync and TestFreaks — 10 scheduled sync jobs for orders, inventory, purchase orders and repricing, delivered in 4 months ("almost no revisions required", client).
• Industrial inspection SaaS: 7 years modernising a multi-tenant Laravel platform (6 roles, 3 report formats, 126 migrations), now adding a read-only MCP gateway so AI assistants can query it safely. • Education provider: bidirectional Salesforce ↔ HubSpot sync across 10 record types, idempotent re-runs with per-record audit logs.
