• Royal Media: systems administrator for a multi-site publisher. HubSpot workflows, forms and pipelines, contact cleanup across 8 sites, WooCommerce subscriptions and MailerLite.
• Adjuster University: ran the LMS site and the lead system behind it, with ActiveCampaign lead scoring, round-robin sales routing, Typeform, Calendly, Zapier and Slack alerts. I fixed mis-tagged contacts and mis-routed leads; reactivation rose 23% and webinar attendance 40%.
• A managed WordPress support agency: white-label support across 200+ client sites.
• Pipeline360: custom Elementor build from an agency’s Figma homepage, with custom post types and JavaScript. I still maintain it.

HOW I WORK
I find the actual cause instead of applying temporary fixes. I flag security, performance and outdated-component issues before they become emergencies, and I explain what I did in plain English. I work daily with Kinsta, WP Engine, Cloudways, cPanel/WHM and Cloudflare.
