Most companies have bought AI tools. Very few have connected them to how the business actually runs. That's what I do.
For 8 years I've built internal systems and products for 160+ clients: operations platforms, client portals, automation and AI features that work on real business data, not demos. Many clients stay with me for years; my longest relationships run 3+ years.
Recent work:
- US electrical contractor (five- to six-figure monthly ad budget): connected website bookings, call tracking, their CRM and Google Ads into one platform. Ads now optimize on real revenue instead of clicks; the client reported a 13% lift in conversions in one month. An AI classifier grades lead quality from call summaries, and a person approves every decision that can't be undone.
- Tour and event operator: one dashboard linking ad spend to ticket sales per artist, replacing manual spreadsheets.
- AI marketing platform for law firms: product built from scratch and developed over 3+ years.
- Knowledge platform: AI summaries and a chat assistant over the company's own documents.
Outgrowing Bubble io as a stack?
If your Bubble app is slow, expensive to scale or hitting platform limits, I can:
- stabilize it: data model, performance, privacy rules, integrations;
- or rebuild it step by step on a modern stack (React/Next.js + Supabase/Postgres) that you fully own.
I've moved a live operations platform off Bubble this way, screen by screen, without stopping the business.
How I work:
- Short paid review first. I map your workflows and data and come back with 3–5 concrete opportunities, each with effort and expected payback.
- Build in small, measurable steps. Every change has a written spec, tests where money is involved, and a weekly plain-English summary of what shipped.
- Stay as your ongoing partner, with a monthly block of hours for improvements and support.
What I connect: CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Housecall Pro), Google Ads, CallRail, Stripe, Airtable, Slack, and custom APIs. LLMs: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini. Stack: Supabase/Postgres, React/Next.js, Bubble, Xano, n8n, Make.
Good fit if you have a working business, data spread across several tools, and repetitive work your team does by hand.
Not a fit if you need the cheapest possible MVP.
