Mary Joan M.

🌟 TOP RATED PLUS FREELANCER 🌟

I'm an all-rounder with a 12-year combination of high-level managerial, administrative, customer service, and editorial experience. I have been writing and editing for over 7 years, have been in customer service for over 8 years, and have been a project manager for over 6 years. I've supported founders, managing directors, and other executives at startups and small/medium-sized companies in different industries (SEO/digital marketing, e-commerce, customer service, clinical research, publishing, content creation, and web development).

I have a unique and diverse skillset and am flexible in handling the front side of the business through customer support and the back end through administrative, editorial, and operations support.

My strengths are in content creation, project management, and process/systems improvement. I am a proponent of efficiency and quality in everything I do and can work well in fast-paced environments. I am always happy when learning, growing my experience, and being challenged. I am also very passionate about helping build startups from the ground up.

I can create websites, code using HTML and CSS, write content, proofread, copy edit, edit videos, do Photoshop edits, create graphic designs, create simple wireframes, do social media management, help with SEO, and a lot more.
